Welcome to SunsVilla! Relax in comfort in 3,000 square ft. of private accommodations. SunsVilla is the ideal place for your family vacation or small group getaway. Perfectly situated in Old Fort Bay, on the beautiful island of Jamaica, SunsVilla is a quick walk to the beach or a short trip to many of Jamaica's top attractions.
The Villa boasts spacious bedrooms, each with their very own ensuite. Housekeeping and Chef services are included with each rental and Concierge service is available.

The space

Privacy is one of the main benefits of the property. Gated access is only given to its guests to enjoy the entire space. The grounds offer acres of open space and lush, manicured greenery. You may choose to relax poolside or enjoy the view from the balcony. SunsVilla can comfortably accommodate up to 12 in our 5 bed/ 5 bath Villa.

    The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean. Hugh dining area and kitchen. Large pool, the lawn area is perfect for a wedding or family get together. Great staff, friendly and attentive. Three (3) minutes walk to the beach.

    From the moment we arrived we were amazed, I can't say enough about this entire experience. The transportation service was there to greet us at the airport and had refreshments on hand. Oliver and Barry were so friendly and gave us a history lesson on the way to the villa. The grounds at the Villa were stunning with all of the beautiful fruit trees and lush greenery. The staff was there to greet us with smiles and welcome drinks. We received a tour of the property and chose our rooms. We upgraded to daily Chef and butler service. This was one of the best decisions we made. Chef Walter made breakfast using some of the fresh mango and banana from the trees. Dinners were amazing! Brown stew chicken, oxtails and red snapper awaited us on return from our daily excursions. Keith, the butler had excellent service, providing everything one could think of needing. We were also able to book all of our excursions through our host. We visited Dolphin Cove, Dunn's River Falls, Luminous Lagoon and Rick's Cafe. We were even able to have our Covid Testing done on property. This was an awesome vacation. Patrice (housekeeper) and Patrick (groundskeeper) keep this place beautiful. We are definitely coming back.
